Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
